Place imprint orders via fax or email with customer service at 407-469-2798. Advise us of the item #, imprint color, imprint location, and font type. For specific color requirements, please provide a PMS number. Die charge is $35 per color, per imprint location. Imprinting is $0.25 per color, per imprint location. Imprinting on keytags and buttons is $0.15 each per color, per imprint location. Repeat charge for the exact same logo is $20.00. Lead time for imprinted orders is 2 weeks from approval of artwork; plus shipping time. Rush charges will be added on orders needed under 2 weeks. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per item.

Email or Electronic File Requirements: All files must be Macintosh formatted on Macintosh Formatted Media. Factory uses the CS version of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, & Indesign. Accepted files extensions are .eps, .tiff, .ai, psd, pdf, or .jpg (maximum resolution). artwork must be "vector art" with type converted to outlines or curves. For scanned images, the resolution must be a minimum of 600 dpi. Artwork file size can not be any longer than 3 MB. ALL SCREEN AND PRINTER FONTS MUST BE INCLUDED OR BE CONVERTED, CREATING OUTLINES.

General Logo Requirements: THE QUALITY OF YOUR ARTWORK WILL DETERMINE THE QUALITY OF OUR IMPRINT. Supplies artwork must be clean, the lines & type crisp (no rough edges or lines) and the colors must be continual tone. WE CAN NOT IMPRINT HALFTONES, SCREENS OR SHADOWS. reversed or fine line artwork is not recommended and factory will not be responsible for the quality of the imprint. Factory is not responsible for errors from handwritten copy. FOR MULTI COLOR IMPRINTS: We must receive the following artwork: black and white color seperated artwork + a black and white or color composite of the imprint. Factor reserves the right to request that new artwork be supplies or the order will be refused. If the artwork does not meet these requirements an art charge may apply.
